About Me
Kayleon "The Insumer" Muhammed
I was born in Omaha, Nebraska. My childhood was a mix of both bright and dark moments. I grow up in a two-parent home, my father was not actively involved in my life, leaving my mother to raise me, my sister, and two brothers. It wasn't always easy, nor an ideal situation.
Despite the struggles at home, I went performed my duties at school. But behind closed doors, things were very different. My father's paranoia led to verbal abuse that affected everyone in the house, including me. The constant threats of physical violence and foul language left me with low self-esteem and poor mental health.
But that wasn't the only challenge I faced. In middle school, I started having seizures that eventually led to scarring on the part of my brain that processes information according to my neurologist. I had missed a lot of school, but with the help of my teachers, I was able to graduate on time in 2017.
As I transitioned into an adult, I had a choice to make. I could either follow in the footsteps of my difficult childhood or create my own path. I chose the latter, determined to break free from the past and embrace personal development.
It wasn't easy, but I saw my life as a journey and wanted to be a part of it. I didn't want to blame anyone in order to hide my own inadequacies. I created my own identity and started to walk in the opposite direction of what is considered normal. Where I am today is not where I will be tomorrow. Thus, that is how the Insumer was born.
